Shipping
Please allow the time allotted for shipment noted on the Counter-Racism Mall for receipt of the items purchased. If we anticipate any delay in your shipment we will contact you to let you know. In the event of a product back order, you will be notified immediately of the product expected date of delivery. There is no guarantee of expected date of delivery on back ordered products.
Orders placed in our online store are shipped via USPS and a tracking number provided for you to track the delivery of your purchased items. If you would prefer to have your order shipped by any other means please let us know. We will be happy to accommodate you (additional shipping charges may apply).
For all orders over $249.00 and under 30 pounds in weight will receive free shipping. For orders over 30 pounds, shipping and handling fees will be estimated and charged by weight and destination.

Returns
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.
Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number (if applicable), product code, shipment date, type of shipment, and the nature of the problem.
All defective products except will be accepted by the Counter-Racism Mall for credit, exchange or repair, at Med Mall Online's discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. All defective wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts will be accepted by Med Mall Online for repair or replacement only, at Counter-Racism Mall’s discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by Counter-Racism Mall are subject to a restocking fee of between 15% and 25%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice. At any time no CD’s or DVD’s can be returned to the Counter-Racism Mall.
All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resale able condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Counter-Racism Mall reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. All return requests must be made by emailing the Mall Attendant and making a formal request with the aforementioned information directed to the following;
