"Digital Divide" is another term that is used to describe non-white people being mistreated on the basis of color.

When non-white people use words or terms that are not designed to reveal truth in a manner that justice is promoted this cannot be easily seen. Once non-white people start using compensatory counter-racist language (compensatory counter-racist words and their definitions) it becomes clear how words are used to identify problems but not effective solutions to the problems. By effective solutions I mean solving the problem without producing more problems.

To solve problems without producing more problems you'll have to do the following things all at the same time:

(1) Make sure no person is mistreated in a manner that results in he person being harmed in the process of solving the problem and as a result of solving the problem.
(2) Make sure truth is revealed in the process of solving the problem and as a result of solving the problem.
(3) Make sure the person who needs help the most gets the most help in the process of solving the problem and as a result of solving the problem. This also means the person who needs help the most gets help first. Getting help first is getting the most help as well as getting all the help the person needs that you are able to provide.

The term "Digital Divide" is usually measured, in terms of how wide it is, by how many non-white people do not have computer related products in reference to how many white people have computer related products. Most of the time the way "Digital Divide" is discussed now, race, does not surface as being the main issue because the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) have found a way to talk around the problem of non-white people not having what they should have and the racists (white supremacists) being the cause of it and they have given that language to non-white people and we use it. The result is the same, we (non-white people) talk around the problem of non-white people not having what we should have and the racists (white supremacists) being the cause of it. This means there is never a discussion about how to solve the problem in a manner that guarantees non-white people get what they should have.

When the words "Digital Divide" are used to describe the differences between what white people and non-white people have, in terms of computer related products or anything else, it should always be stated how to solve the problem. You don't solve the problem of the "Digital Divide" by giving non-white people more access to things...that is racist logic. The racists (white supremacists) have even substituted the meaning of the word justice for "more access to things" and non-white people accept this definition in action.

You solve the problem of non-white people not having what they should have by replacing the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) with a SYSTEM of justice and you do this by producing justice...guaranteeing no person is mistreated and also guaranteeing the person who needs help the most get the most help.

If there was no racial divide, would there even be reason to discuss a "digital divide"?

I suspect so. One thing that counter-racist language allows a person to do, at least for me, is to connect the dots of not only how to do something but what the result is of doing it and for what ultimate purpose. In all areas of people activity (economics, education, entertainment, labor, law, politics, religion, sex, and war) there is a problem among people and that root of that problem is the practice of mistreating people on the basis of color.

Connecting those dots allows me to see how the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) do so. The only reason there is a "digital divide" is because there is a racial divide. In a universe that is maintained, in terms of people, by white people who have the power to practice a racial divide (racism white supremacy) everything leads back to them. Understanding this I am then able to come up with counter strategies to undo what they are doing to maintain and refine this "racial divide" where people are being mistreated on the basis of color and at the same time produce a SYSTEM where no person is mistreated and the person that needs help the most get the most help.

Now it becomes clear why racism (white supremacy) cannot both exist in the same universe at the same time.
