No.
There were many non-white people making contributions to the Counter-Racism website in the past. Some of their contributions were questionable but they still made them.
The Counter-Racism Radio Network has segments or programs where people use, what is referred to as, harsh language.
The idea is that sooner or later black people have to become masters of words, instead of always allowing words to master us.
