| Should non-white people put "age" as a consideration when they start contemplating having offsprings and, what could be some suggested ages for non-white people, especially black males and black females, to reach before they can start/begin having offsprings so that they do not end up abandoning the offsprings they are supposed to take care of? |

There are no absolutes on this one. However, Dr. Welsing used to say 30 years old for a black female and 35 years old for a black male.
Incidentally, I could not respond to your last post. You may want to try deleting it and doing it again.

I always wondered about this recommendation of Dr. Welsing. Did Dr. Welsing have kids?

This is what I was afraid of. I understand she doesn't want "throw-away kids." However by the time a woman is 35/36, most doctors warn of the dangers of having children that late. It is called a "geriatric pregnancy." The odds of complications increase tremendously for the woman/female and the child. So by her advise, women/females would only have a five year window. If she were still alive, I would ask her about this. I would imagine someone probably asked her about this, but I haven't heard what her response was. If anyone knows how she responded to this question, please share.
