| Under the system of racism White Supremacy, what can be considered as being a FAMILY among non-white people, and what can be some suggested titles for non-white child-offsprings when they are to address their non-white PARENTS, if I may use the word, parents? |

Under the worldwide SYSTEM of racism white supremacy, the only family that exists is the family of white people who practice racism white supremacy.
In a worldwide prison system, the prisoners are not a family. They are individual convicts or inmates or trustees or any number of different words or terms. Doesn't matter if they are blood related or not. They each have an identifying number assigned to them by the family of wardens.
Same logic applies.
