I found this definition on a website. I thought it was interesting because it sounds just like white supremacy/racism.
apartheid refers to "inhumane acts . . . committed in the context of an institutionalized regime of systematic oppression and domination by one racial group over any other racial group or groups and committed with the intention of maintaining that regime."

Racism/White Supremacy is also an 'institutionalized regime of systematic oppression and domination by The Racists/White Supremacists over any person they determine to be of 'color' with the intention of maintaining that regime forever.'
