Purpose
The objective of this experiment is to ensure that it is documented, before you are hired on a job, that there is an understanding that no person shall direct you to say and/or do anything that will cause you to work against the "due process" and "equal protection of the laws" and/or no person shall say and/or do anything that will involve you in subversion of the "due process" and "equal protection of the laws" of the United States Constitution.
Observed Phenomenon:
The phenomenon I have observed is that whenever I am hired for a job it is never documented that no person will ask me to say and/do anything that is not in defense and support of the 5th and 14th amendments of the United States Constitution. This results in me being harmed or being allowed to be harmed on the job by the white people who practice racism (white supremacy).
Hypothesis:
If a person uses the 5th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution to mean (5th Amendment) "due process" defined as doing things in the correct way and (14th Amendment) "equal protection of the laws" defined as whatever is done constructively, with a constructive outcome, for someone else should also be done for you it provides focus and clarity. But you must use these definitions and state these definitions if asked.
The objective to solving problems on the job, or anywhere else, is to have the people who have the ability to solve the problem solve the problem. If you do not have the ability to solve a particular problem then learn how things are done and figure out a way to get the people who have the ability to solve the problem to solve it. This way you are learning how to gain the ability to solve the problem and getting someone else to solve the problem. You will also learn, in the process, the power of words.
Recording Material:
E-Mail or some other form of certified documented material. Do not accept a verbal response to this criteria.
Experimentation:
On your offer letter for a job position you are offered a certain position, with a certain salary, etc. With all of the other criteria you write for accepting the position offered to you, include the following:
"I will not be asked to say and/or do anything that is not in support and defense of the 5th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution."
Expected Result:
(1) Everyone will understand that you support and defend the United States Constitution.
(2) No one will question why you included this piece of criteria.
(3) If anything happens on the job that seems to be leading to you and/or someone else being mistreated on the basis of color you can always ask is it "due process" and/or how is it "due process". _________________ What is the reason YOU were born into a SYSTEM of INJUSTICE if not to replace it with a SYSTEM of JUSTICE? |
