Suggestion:
Always use the words or terms;
(1) Victim of Racism (White Supremacy)
(2) Victim of White Supremacy
(3) Victim of Racism (or VOR)
to refer to a "war-like" condition.
Reason/Explanation:
Racism (White Supremacy) is WAR, it is WAR against the people the racists (white supremacists) say are not white. Racism (White Supremacy) is a crime...a crime against humanity...a crime that prevents people from being humane...a crime that prevent people from functioning as human.
Every crime has one or more victims. The crime of racism (white supremacy), which is a SYSTEM setup to harm non-white people on the basis of color, has as its victims, all of the people who are classified as and forced to function as non-white, meaning "not white". This is WAR against people the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) say are not white.
