Third World
If there is a third world then there must be a third world people and a third world system of management and governance. Third world is equivalent to second class citizen a person of an inferior standing in the community.

The alternative concept of developing worlds is better but still articulates a need for non-European nations to "catch up" with some standard exemplified by the European world. And all those who fall below this benchmark are third world or developing.
This is why GDP and development is measure from urbanization giving a natural interiority to agriculture based industries.

As I see it third world is a creation of imperialist; the term is frequently used to subjugate authority, if one could assume that 3rd world implies 'lower being' then in its true implication implies in fact is understood in the reverse order.

In the case of exploitation of resources and historical measures of conquer, such an equation that suggest that Europeans have developed the world is laughable yet pathetic. As I see it, there is an inferior subconscious and unconscious mentality found in what is termed "1st world" individuals and this is visible their the action, attitudes and measures of deceptive practises which is constantly reinforced and ingrained in the mindsets of those who hold themselves higher than all.

There is no need for African people to "catch up with anyone" perhaps there is a greater emphasis for the white Western to maintain control by employing measures of deception etc.

The realisation is found within artificial, superficial theories, and equations as a means to control their end so in practise and theory 'third world' really applies to the '1st world'.
