The definition from the United-Independent Compensatory Code/System/Concept - a textbook/workbook for thought, speech and/or action for victims of racism (white supremacy)...(UICCSC)...states the above definition.
Logically speaking, niggers don't practice supreme POWER.

I thought ALL Non-White People, derivatives of "Black", are ALL "Niggers" under the System of White Supremacy. |

One could say that nigger = non-white person...since all non-white people are subject to white supremacy (racism).
Therefore, the definition of nigger could just be "non-white person". The reason I gave the extended version of the definition was to make evident that all niggers (non-white people) directly or indirectly tolerates, submits to, and/or cooperates with the white supremacists (racists) in all places and at all times.
Once non-white people realize (real-eyes) this there will be no need for a non-white person to attack another non-white person for being a nigger.
