Is it ready to be tested yet? I don't think it is. What is the Observed Phenomenon, Hypothesis and Experimentation?

to me its kinds straight forward. I do not expect honesty from the test subjects |

How is the black person factoring into what white people do to confuse non-white people using the words "diversity" and "inclusion"?
Why is a black person, other than you, in the experiment at all?

I dont understand the 1st question

Well, it didnt go as planned. I joined a few facebook groups ones such as white people doing something, white people against racism etc. When I would pose the question I guess white people caught on to my counter racism efforts and kicked me out within hours after posing the question.
I asked black groups that are specifically geared towards employment and the general consensus was that diversity and inclusion meant everyone but black people or it meant not black. I dont have screenshots because I hot kicked out of those groups |

What did you learn from running the experiment? |
Let me explain what happened a bit more. In the white group I posed the question and they initially responded with the system is racist towards black people as an explanation as to why diversity and inclusion is needed but they never defined it. So I asked WHO runs the system and WHO is racist towards black people and they kept evading responsibility by responding with everyone, the system, the building etc. So I stuck with the question and they got upset and reported me. Thats when I got kicked out the group.
What I learned from that experience is to stick to the question. Dont make them feel comfortable. I learned that they refuse to take responsibility to the point they will blame a ghost. They dont want to be exposed and they are indeed on code. The name of the group was "white people doing something". Its a group where white people discuss ways to help black people. The word help isnt accurately defined in the group |
