The definition of justice that I use is "guaranteeing no person is mistreated and also guaranteeing the person who needs help the most gets the most constructive help".
The logic for producing justice is built into the definition. I bolded "no person" above. This includes white people. We have to guarantee no person is mistreated, including white people.
Now...in order to guarantee no person is mistreated we have to consider, as the primary people to receive help...going to the second part of the definition..."the person who needs help the most"...these are the people who require to be helped first and receive the most help.
In the worldwide SYSTEM of racism white supremacy, white people are not the people who need help the most, meaning helped first and helped most. Non-white people are.
I have not spoken with a single white person who argues with this logic. In other words...yeah we're going to help white people too but they have to get in line behind the people who need help the most, which are non-white people. White people understand the concept of helping the people who need help the most to get the most constructive help. This is the reason you see handicapped parking spaces at the front of all businesses. They not only understand the concept, they KNOW how to do it.
Why do white people have to get in line behind non-white people when it comes to receiving the most constructive help?
Because we are in a worldwide SYSTEM of racism white supremacy.
Always keep in mind that there are at least 90% non-white people on this planet and at or less than 10% white people. You may never get around to helping white people in your lifetime even if you just focus on helping "black" people, not to talk about all non-white people.

Keeps them arguing with each other, fighting each other and/or killing each other. This is an old war strategy. If you can keep your opponent or your enemy focused on killing each other you will need to do little else to control the behavior of your enemy.
It is a basic law of economics. Provide the people you want to control with products they need, encourage that need in order to stimulate your market and pretty soon the people you want to control will come to depend on you...really need you. So, one of the ways this plays out is that the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) supply the people they want to control, which are non-white people, with drugs to kill each other with and with the guns necessary to manage the drug market and pretty soon the non-white people come to really depend on the white people to help them kill other non-white people with drugs and guns. And what do the non-white people do? In many cases they fall prey to this strategy and end up selling drugs which kills each other and using the guns to kill each other...never really focusing on how and why they got the drugs or the guns. And the non-white people are rewarded by being given money for selling drugs to other non-white people and using the guns to kill other non-white people. Never really realizing that the drugs and the guns are given to them by the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) and the money they are rewarded with is made and controlled by the white people who practice racism (white supremacy).
This is but one simple example of the destructive effects of how racism (white supremacy) works.
If the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) are deceptive enough they can make it seem as if the non-white people came up with the idea all by themselves of selling drugs to kill each other and making guns for the purpose of killing each other. And pretty soon the non-white people will begin to act like they invented those ideas all by themselves even though they are not growing or cultivating the drugs and they are not manufacturing the weapons that are used to manage the drug market.
The most basic way for non-white people to work against this particular way in which racism (white supremacy) works is to make sure that their interaction with each other is of a constructive nature. This simply means that most of the interaction between non-white people has to fall into two basic categories:
(1) Minimize conflict with each other by maximizing constructive interaction.
(2) Minimize conflict with each other by minimizing contact with each other.
Non-white people have to maximize constructive interaction with each other by helping each other solve problems. Racism (white supremacy) is setup to produce problems for non-white people. The example of the use of drugs and guns can better illustrate the problems that are produced. So, when non-white people begin helping each other to solve problems then their behavior begins to have a destructive effect on racism (white supremacy).
When non-white people cannot maximize constructive interaction with each other then it becomes necessary for them to stay away from each other. Either way they are working against racism (white supremacy).

Because racism (white supremacy) is practiced by individual people you have to work against it or combat it on an individual level. Not all white people practice racism (white supremacy) but enough of them do it enough of the time so that their collective efforts have evolved into a code and their code has evolved into a system...a system that functions in the area of people activity known as Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex and War. The collective efforts by the white people who mistreat people on the basis of color makes it appear as though many white people are doing the same thing...as if they are following a code of some kind...a racist code. And they have evolved that code such that it is practiced as a system in all areas of people activity.
If non-white people want to combat or work against the system of racism (white supremacy) they will have to find out how the system works, what the destructive effects are on them as a result of the system of racism (white supremacy) being in place and then come up with things to say and things to do to work against the system of racism (white supremacy). When more and more non-white people begin to use these things to say and things to do to work against racism (white supremacy) their collective efforts will be the beginning of a code...a counter-racist code. And then they can evolve that code into a system by using that speech and action in every area of people activity including Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex and War.
The goal objective of the racist code is to produce a system of racism (white supremacy), which is a non-just system. The goal objective of a counter-racist code is to produce a system of justice. A system of justice is counter to the concept and practice of racism (white supremacy).

Excellent question.
The definition of justice that I use is "guaranteeing no person is mistreated and also guaranteeing the person who needs help the most gets the most constructive help".
The logic for producing justice is built into the definition. I bolded "no person" above. This includes white people. We have to guarantee no person is mistreated, including white people.
Now...in order to guarantee no person is mistreated we have to consider, as the primary people to receive help...going to the second part of the definition..."the person who needs help the most"...these are the people who require to be helped first and receive the most help.
In the worldwide SYSTEM of racism white supremacy, white people are not the people who need help the most, meaning helped first and helped most. Non-white people are.
I have not spoken with a single white person who argues with this logic. In other words...yeah we're going to help white people too but they have to get in line behind the people who need help the most, which are non-white people. White people understand the concept of helping the people who need help the most to get the most constructive help. This is the reason you see handicapped parking spaces at the front of all businesses. They not only understand the concept, they KNOW how to do it.
Why do white people have to get in line behind non-white people when it comes to receiving the most constructive help?
Because we are in a worldwide SYSTEM of racism white supremacy.
Always keep in mind that there are at least 90% non-white people on this planet and at or less than 10% white people. You may never get around to helping white people in your lifetime even if you just focus on helping "black" people, not to talk about all non-white people.
