Yes I can. When there is probable cause to believe that someone is subverting the Constitution of the United States, the people who investigate that action are looking to make sure things are done correctly or they are looking to see what was done incorrectly. This is why one of the top officials at your job stated something was done incorrectly. That is part of the investigative proceedure. The investigation has to also be performed according to the 5th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution, meaning the investigation has to follow due process (must be done correctly).
Also, once this process starts, if it is done correctly, everyone takes everything that is said and everything that is done very seriously. You will find that words begin to be carefully phrased. It is ill-logical for anyone, under these circumstances, to say that due process, meaning the support and defense of the United States Constitution, has to do with doing things being done incorrectly. You don't need to be serious about something in order to do it incorrectly. I have stated continuously at meetings in the past the phrase 'due process' until I was asked what I meant when I used the term 'due process'. I responded by stating that I meant 'doing things in the correct manner'. I have been challenged on that definition. People have stated 'that is not what due process means'. To which I ask the question...always asking questions...'does due process mean doing things in an incorrect manner'. I have never received an answer to that question and everything proceeds with the definition of due process as 'doing things in the correct manner' from then on. When what is said and what is done is taken very seriously no one wants to go on record as saying the United States Constitution which is considered the 'law of the land' to which every other law comes underneath it...no one wants to go on record as saying the Constitution of the United States is all about doing things incorrectly. So the United States Constitution will cover itself and if you use words correctly you can get the more powerful people to use the Constitution to cover you.
And lastly because due process should mean doing things in the correct manner because everything that is done should be done correctly.

Yes, it fits all areas of people activity because people use speech and action in all areas of people activity.

Keep in mind that there could be a better definition, which is the reason I made that post back in 2006. And people should always seek to come up with better definitions of words especially when there is a void in communication or lack of understanding or the word or words do not produce just thought, just speech and/or just action. All words like all laws are supposed to produce one thing...justice.
