Some people may prefer to work from definitions to projects. Is this allowed?
If the word has a defined usage within the experiment, will refining (altering) the definition of the word change the nature of the experiment?
Does a Counter-Racism Science Project begin where a question ends?

Sure! Non-white people can work from definitions to counter-racism science experiments if they so choose but the Counter-Racism Work/Study Project doesn't accommodate that process. The Counter-Racism Work/Study Project only accommodates the process that produces definitions that result from counter-racism science experiments. The obective is to write, run, record, and post the data from counter-racism science experiments.

It may and if it does it may be necessary to re-run the experiment several times or as many times as needed in order to refine the definition of the word so that the use of the word reveals truth. The counter-racism science experiment is what is used to use truth to promote justice.
