Beautiful: Pronunciation Key

Thinking, speaking and acting correctly at all times and in all places and with all people you come in contact with.

I suspect most people are not beautiful including myself but I am trying to be.

I suspect no one, however, that does not mean we shouldn't attempt to think, speak and act correctly at all times and in all places with all people you come in contact with.

Me too Trina.

I always have to remind myself whenever I create a work of art I think is "Beautiful", that it was created in a system of injustice.

"prison art"

"concentration camp art"

"nigger art"

No matter how "good" it is,

It ain't as "good" as it should be.

(((shakin my head)))

How does that relate to the old addage..."beauty is only skin deep"? You have taken the measurement off of appearance and put it on function.

Virtual_GOD,

It relates to the old adage "beauty is only skin deep" in that beauty is a superficial fleeting thing and very subjective. What I may think is beautiful may be something that you don't think is beautiful. When the beauty fades all you have is words and most important deeds. You could look real good and be in the best shape but be a murderer,a liar, a thief, a person who lives to harm and destroy. You could look like Frankenstein and have a good intentions and be kind and caring and truthful with all people you come in contact with and that should be the real criteria for what is really beautiful. Yes, we all want to be around people who look good to us whatever that is but we have to have the sense to discern what is really going on below the surface. This is where asking questions and observing people come into play. How does a person think and speak and most important what do they do,then you can decide if this person is really beautiful or not so beautiful according to the definition above. That's my "two cents" worth. What do you think Virtual_GOD? Oh yeah, are you a beautiful person?

I have choosen not to use the word "beauty" or "beautiful" at all.

Since I think that it is logical to conclude that in a System of IN-Justice "Beauty" is yet to be produced.

Keep in mind that I could be incorrect Trina.

Smallz

PS

Josh, What is the definiton of "art" that you use?

Sounds good to me. Based on your definition I'm trying to be.

What is the difference between an "item" and an "activity"? Can an "item" be an "activity"? Can an "activity" be an "item"?

What is the difference between an "produced" and an "practiced"? Can something an "practiced" be "produced"? Is something "produced" also be "practiced"?

I suspect this will show the utility of "saying" and "doing".

I define "Art" as:

1. The result of an arrangement.

Then what is "martial art"?
