A suggestion to all Victims of Racism:

Before beginning a conversation about how to replace Racism/White Supremacy with Justice, it is crucial to know whether the person with whom you are conversing contends that he/she is neither white nor non-white. This can be done by asking the person "Are you a white or nonwhite person?" Do not accept, "Puerto Rican", "Persian", "Arab", "Creole", "Muslim","African","Latino", "Jewish," "Socialist", "Christian", "American", "Human", etc. That's like asking a person if he/she is male or female and being told he/she is any of the above. Doesn't answer the question, does it?

Logically, if white SUPREMACY exists, every person is classified as white or non-white. If you don't get an answer that EXPLICITLY states "white" or "nonwhite", follow up by asking "So, are you telling me that you are neither white nor nonwhite?" Disregard anything else that is said if you still don't get an answer that is one of the two classifications because there is no basis for the two of you to discuss how to replace White Supremacy with Justice.

If a Counter-Racist is conversing with a person who does not believe that Racism/White Supremacy exists, the counter-racist should STOP conversing with this person about how to eliminate R/WS. Here is an illustration: There is no amount of reasoning that produces constructive information about how to restore the health of grass in a yard when two persons disagree about whether the grass is healthy.

Such conversations are not a constructive use of time. Instead of discussing how to replace R/WS with Justice, seek other constructive information from this person, especially if you have probable cause to believe that the person is white. Ask him/her how to save money on purchases, maintain your car, or keep your power on when you can't pay the bill, etc.

I concur.

A conversation between a victim-of-racsim and a racist suspect regaurding R/WS SHOULD be centered around HOW to RWSWJ or HOW the system of R/WS works, instead of discussing it's "origin", "cause", "economics", "disenfranchised...." blah, blah, blah...

Think about it in this manner,

Would it be more benificial to an prison-inmate to have conversation with a gaurd or warden concerning "how to destroy the prison?" or "does the prison exist?"
