Civil "Rights": Pronunciation Key

(1) The duty to speak, and/or act, to find truth, and to use truth in such a manner as to promote justice and correctness, at all times, in all places, in all areas of people activity, including Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex, and War.

(2) The "right" [duty] to treat people humanely and to be treated humanely.

If "Civil Rights" and "Human Rights" have the same definition is there any utility to eliminating the use of one term and only using the other?

If so,

Which one is best?

I say we can eliminate both and use the word justice because that should be our focus. Justice is the only compensation under a SYSTEM of white supremacy (racism).

If necessary, in conversations with white people and/or non-white people, when terms such as these arise it is best to maintain focus by giving such terms definitions that lead to justice.
