If you are a non white person, do not assumes you will be allowed to function the same way you see White people functioning on the job.

You will witness White people doing many things at work which while of questionable legality will not be raised FOR THEM.

But if you try to do it, watch out.

We have all seen examples of this before. Its not written down in the rule book/employee code...but every friday everybody takes a two hour lunch instead of the authorized one hour. No its not in the employee hand book; "its just something we've always done...you know".

Watch out!. these types of vague undocumented "customs" are how Black people get set up for mistreatment by White people who practice White supremacy.

How do I know?

Cause thats how they got me!

The employee handbook states the " unauthorized use of company vehicles for personal use is prohibited without the expressed permission of management".

Now Im sure you saw the "White boys" violate this rule all the time... "where are we goin? Oh I just gotta stop by the store and pick up my surf board, it will only take a minute..."

But if you try to do it, it ends up as a violation in your employee evaluation report. Or more likely, it is just noted and put on the shelf as insurance for the next promotion you are skipped over for.

Its real slick because White people have set up the language to allow for this type of behavior. When you get fired and you point out that "YT" has done the same thing you did and he didn't get fired, they can always say, "well, Bif got permission to use the company van"

Yeah I know, tha motherfucker is lying now, but he put the language in place to facilitate lying. The rules don't require WRITTEN permission for personal use of company vehicles.

This is what racism White supremacy means: White people are able to function differently than non white people. Usually this means the ability to do more things than a non white person.

In my case I fell for the "illusion of Inclusion". I thought I could function the way I saw White people functioning because after all, "we are all the same right?"

"We are all Americans right?"

"we're all on the same team right?"

...."and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God INDIVISIBLE, with liberty and Justice for all".

Yeah thats what White people taught me, but that ain't what I experience.

You can't have racism White supremacy and Justice in the same place at the same time.

Those are two completely different VALUE SYSTEMS. Every person in the universe must decide which one is better and then work to make their chosen system a reality.

In the meantime, I suggest all Black people ask their "supervisors" (superior ADVISORS) for permission to do things they see White people doing which may be in violation of some,

I hope this guys lawyer is willing to investigate whether or not any other people were charged and jailed the way he has been. Specifically White people.

I smell something here and I ain't in Denmark.

I remember a few years ago a highranking government offical was accused of having a sensitive information on a laptop at his house; I don't remember anything happening to him.

Wen Ho Lee the Los Alamos scientist did raise this issue of racism White supremacy when he was accused of "doing something" that other people (White people) had done without being charged.

Chaplain's Release Comes With New Charges

The U.S. military announced yesterday that it is releasing a Guantanamo Bay prison chaplain from jail pending trial but added four new counts against him, including a charge of adultery.

Eugene Fidell, attorney for Army Capt. James Yee, welcomed the decision to release the Muslim chaplain after 11 weeks in a Navy brig in Charleston, S.C. But he said the addition of the adultery charge, rare in military court cases, amounts to "piling on" by military prosecutors.

Yee previously was charged with mishandling classified documents. He faces an "Article 32 hearing" -- similar to a grand jury proceeding in criminal courts -- on the charges at Fort Benning, Ga., in the coming weeks. Pending the hearing, Yee will work in the Fort Benning chaplain's office, officials said.

Yee is one of three people who worked at the U.S. Navy detention facility in Cuba who have been charged in connection with security breaches there.

In addition to the adultery charge, Yee was accused of new counts of failure to obey an order, making a false official statement and conduct unbecoming an officer. Officials did not provide details about the adultery allegation, and Fidell declined to discuss them.

The charge of conduct unbecoming an officer stems from pornography found on a government computer Yee used, said Raul Duany, a spokesman for the U.S. Southern Command, which is overseeing the case.

Conviction on all the charges could yield a sentence of 11 years in prison, but experts on military law said that is highly unlikely.

He has been charged with an offense and stripped of his duties.

This is where victims of racism must often launch their own investigation to find out if any other people have ever done what chaplin Yee is accused of doing ; "mishandling classified data" an if so, what happened to them.

The White supremacist have infiltrated all areas of people activity including the highest levels of the federal government. As a non white person there is no place where you are safe from racist attack. Don't think you can DO something just because you see White people doing it.

This is what racism White supremacy is all about; maintaining an "ability gap" between what White people can do and what non white people can do. The equal protection clause is a tool for the production of Justice. Victims of racism should use this tool and also create new tools using counter racism science.

This is correct behavior on the part of victims of racism White supremacy.
