Any nonwhite male or female who has or has not produced offspring under the system of White Supremacy/Racism.


Explanation: Under the system of Racism/White Supremacy no nonwhite person can function as a "parent". All nonwhite people have to depend on Racist woman and Racist man for our existence. We are subject to the will of the Racists/White Supremacists . They are our "functional parents". The best we can do is attempt to be "parents" to our male or female offspring or other nonwhite "children" who we may not have produced. No nonwhite person under R/WS can protect, defend their "children" from Racism/White Supremacy.

Practice referring to yourselves as "attempt parents" or attempting to parent to your nonwhite offspring or other nonwhite "children" who you may have not helped to produce.
