Is it ready to be tested yet? I don't think it is. What is the Observed Phenomenon, Hypothesis and Experimentation?

to me its kinds straight forward. I do not expect honesty from the test subjects |

How is the black person factoring into what white people do to confuse non-white people using the words "diversity" and "inclusion"?
Why is a black person, other than you, in the experiment at all?

I edited my 1st post and am following the process. I do believe it can be tested at this time |

I dont understand the 1st question
for the 2nd question, perhaps it might lead to another experiment but it would prove the confusion level and how they are being used to mistreat other black people unknowingly. |
